Hampton Inn Tampa-Rocky Point

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped.

The breakfast did not meet our expectations at all. There were only dishes made of cardboard, cutlery made of the cheapest plastic. The plates were not refilled when they were empty. The atmosphere was more like a station environment than a hotel. The hotel pool was very small and not worth mentioning. We had asked for a quiet room, but got one right on the street.

To the airport it was only a short way, breakfast was very good

The room had a musty smell, yet the pool area provided a nice retreat.

The breakfast was awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The pool was tiny. We lose power and outside of my room was covered in termites or what appeared to be termites.the maintenance person sprayed but left the bugs dead all over the all way and the entrance to my room.

I really appreciated thenice and neat room , and it was an easy stroll to both Cypress Point Park and Starbucks for my morning coffee,.

I've rarely met such a well-trained and friendly staff. All staff wanted to make me comfortable, and as a traveler, this effort is really appreciated

The location was what I wanted, but it was hard to find at night - better signage would help. The building was under renovation, so there were many workers not affiliated with the company roaming around the building - making me nervous about the number of strangers lurking about. There was no small refrigerator in the room.

The bed and view was amazing! The housekeepers were really on top of making sure we had what we needed and the room was up to standards.

The power went out 2 hours before checkout, and one of the guys at the front desk did not have the housekeepers clean our room while we were gone like requested, and after being gone for 4 hours, we had to come back and request it again with a different front desk agent who was immediately helpful

the location it offers is good and magnificent, short walk to the beaches, the port and tampa, florida. the rooms are fancy and newly renovated, equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, and an iron/ironing board.

There was not nesrly enough seating for breakfast, especially during peak times. Also, the employee in charge of breakfast was not there until about 15 min after it was open so not all food was prepared and ready. This is inconvenient for us who had to eat quickly as soon as it opened.

The hotel offered a quick airport transfer and a clean room with comfortable beds, though the pool was on the smaller side and could use some upkeep. Breakfast was standard, but it was a short, pleasant walk to Bahama Breeze with great food nearby.
